I’ve been into fitness and coffee for as long as I can remember, and they luckily go really well together.

However, it can be easy to derail fitness goals with full-sugar drinks from coffee chains.

I have 10 sugar-free drinks at Dunkin Donuts that are heavy in rotation when I’m really serious about my goals.

These are perfect for controlling sugar intake for whatever reason, so let’s jump right into these guilt-free treats!

Dunkin Donuts offers a wide range of sugar-free drinks, thankfully!

Even though they don't have any sugar, they're still packed with flavor!

1. Regular Coffee (Hot Or Iced Coffee)

Dunkin Donuts Iced Coffee

I can’t go wrong with old faithful - a plain, tasty cup o’ Joe!

Regular coffee has nearly zero calories, no carbs, and no fat.

I don’t think I’d be able to stick to my keto diet if not for Dunkin Donuts’ Regular Coffee. It’s bold, flavorful, and never too acidic or bitter.

I’ll switch it up and order it on ice in the summertime or before the gym, sometimes with a splash of half-and-half.

2. Macchiato (Hot Or Iced)

Dunkin Donuts Iced Macchiato

Macchiatos are perfect for me, as I love espresso, but sometimes would like a bit of milk to smooth out the flavor and texture.

The Macchiato is essentially that: espresso shots ‘stained’ or ‘marked’ with some frothy, steamed milk.

It’s very low in calories, with more of a soft, ’sophisticated’ flavor that really lets the espresso taste come out.

Hot and iced Macchiato Dunkin Drink is served like an upside-down latte, but still quite similar to the original style.

3. Cold Brew

Dunkin Donuts Cold Brew

I am a sucker for high-caffeine drinks, and Dunkin’s Cold Brew is near the top of my list.

It’s like velvet on the tongue, with a strong, full-bodied espresso taste and slightly sweet flavor notes of chocolate.

It tastes amazing as-is, on ice, or with some milk splashed on top with hazelnut.

Just be warned: it really does deliver a heavy jolt of energy!

4. Skim Latte

Dunkin Donuts Iced Skim Latte

While I really love espresso, there are times when an Americano or Cold Brew or just a bit too strong for my tastes.

It’s almost like an Americano actually, subbing the water with milk. The Skim Latte is a great alternative, made with skim milk and espresso shots.

I personally love adding a flavor shot like blueberry or toasted almond!
Ask Barista For:
  • Ask for an extra shot for a slightly stronger, less milky drink.

5. Non-Dairy Latte

Non-dairy milks have exploded in popularity over the last few years, and luckily, they go great with espresso.

Of course, not every Non-Dairy Latte from Dunkin will taste the same.

The mouthfeel, taste, calorie contents, sugar content, and appearance will all vary, depending on the milk used.

Almond milk is my go-to for the least amount of calories.

Oat milk is my favorite in terms of texture and taste: creamy and nutty.

Coconut milk sits right in-between the other two: relatively low in calories with a nice nutty taste.

6. Americano (Hot Or Iced)

Dunkin Donuts Iced Americano with Oat Milk

Aside from regular coffee, the Americano is my absolute favorite keto beverage.

Made from espresso shots and hot water, the Americano contains virtually no calories and sugar.

However, it’s a strong, in-your-face bold espresso taste that takes precedence here.

Adding a splash of half-and-half softens the flavor and thickens the consistency a bit, too.

Ask Barista For:
  • Ask for a flavor shot of hazelnut, or raspberry to add a bit of sweetness and dimension!

7. Cappuccino

Dunkin Donuts Cappuccino

Traditionally, the cappuccino is made in thirds with equal parts of espresso, steamed milk, and foam.

The thick foam gives this drink a lovely texture, similar to what whipped cream adds to cold beverages.

The decadent texture alone has me hooked, but the fine balance of espresso and milk keeps me coming back.

As a keto option, heavy cream is also fantastic and has the best texture of all milks, in my opinion.

8. Modified Dunkaccino

While this drink isn't technically sugar-free, it's an excellent alternative for something sweet with less sugar and calories.

Dunkaccino is essentially coffee and hot chocolate mixed together.

This isn’t on the the Dunkin Donuts's regular menu, so just ask the barista to fill the cup halfway with hot black coffee and the rest with Dunkaccino.

Unfortunately, as Dunkaccino is premixed, there’s no alternative milk choice.

9. Iced/Hot Tea

Dunkin Donuts Iced Tea

Tea is what I turn to when I feel like I’m probably consuming way too much coffee (which is  all the time, but anyway).

Dunkin Donuts has a wide range of herbal tea, including green tea, hibiscus kiss herbal infusion, bold breakfast black tea, chamomile fields herbal infusion, and cool mint herbal infusion.

These teas are served without sugar, by default.

I love the green tea and the hibiscus kiss on ice, with a splash of oat milk!

10. Nitro Brew

Dunkin Donuts Nitro Cold Brew

Dunkin’s Nitro Brew is silky-smooth, creamy, and flavorful.

Infused with nitrogen, it’s pulled straight from the tap.

Compared to other coffee shops' nitro brews, Dunkin's is a bit stronger and bitter. It's also served cold without ice, so I don't have to worry about having a watered-down drink/

I like it with sugar-free blueberry and raspberry flavor shots, but hazelnut is also delicious.

Dunkin' Donuts Vs. Starbucks Sugar-Free Drinks

Sometimes I debate whether to visit Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks for sugar-free drinks

After all, both have relatively solid SF selections.

However, Dunkin has more sugar-free flavors and more ‘unique’ flavors, which for some reason surprised me.

Not to mention, I find that the sugar-free flavors from Dunkin taste less artificial while Starbucks’ tastes more ‘chemically’ if that makes sense?
