Strawberries make everything better - especially Starbucks drinks!

Starbucks' strawberry syrup has opened up a whole world of sweet and fruity drinks - both official and secret menu faves.

With so many options, it's easy to get lost in the fruity sauce and not know what to pick.

I've gone through all the best strawberry Starbucks drinks so you can get your strawberry Starbucks fix.

There are several strawberry Starbucks drinks on the menu, but by making use of their strawberry ingredients, you can also create your own.

Here's my list of the top Starbucks strawberry drinks:

1. Strawberries & Cream Frappuccino

Starbucks Strawberries and Cream Frappuccino

Strawberries and cream is a classic dessert that always hits the spot. Whenever I want a taste of that summery deliciousness on the go, I order a Strawberries and Cream Frappuccino.

It's made by blending ice, milk, crème Frappuccino syrup, classic syrup, strawberry puree sauce, and then topped with sweet whipped cream.

This drink is so nostalgic for me since it is what got me into Starbucks Frappuccinos in the first place - such a sweet childhood classic.

The strawberry puree sauce is my favorite part - it gives this dessert drink a really rich, red color and gives you a lovely strawberry taste with each mouthful.

The creamy Frappuccino base does a great job of mellowing out the sweetness and preventing it from being overpowering.

It has 350 calories and 42 grams of sugar in a single serving, so it won’t be suitable for those on a diet, but it tastes fantastic and is the perfect treat once in a while.

2. Strawberry Funnel Cake Frappuccino

Strawberry Funnel Cake Frappuccino

Peak summer is when fairs are in full swing and I crave something sweet and deep fried. Funnel cake is big in the US as a sweet treat, and this Frappuccino gives you all the same flavors.

The strawberry funnel cake Frappuccino is made by combining milk, ice, coffee Frappuccino syrup, coffee, strawberry puree, funnel cake syrup, and then topped with whipped cream and powdered sugar.

The strawberry funnel cake Frappuccino is almost sickly sweet, so don't order it unless you're a sugar lover.

As much as I love that funnel cake feeling and the sweet smell, I typically only order one or two Talls of this a year to avoid going into a sugar and caffeine coma - so worth it though!

There are 410 calories and 51 grams of sugar in a single serving of the strawberry funnel cake Frappuccino, making it one of the highest calorie options on the list.

3. Strawberry Shortcake Frappuccino

Starbucks Strawberry Shortcake Frappuccino

As much as I love the regular strawberry Frappuccino, sometimes I wanna shake it up a bit. This Strawberry Shortcake Frappuccino is perfect at giving me all the richness of a shortcake with the strawberry flavors.

It's similar to the Strawberry cheesecake Frappuccino, but with a bit more of a nutty flavor. The puree also gives a nice new texture in amongst the blended Frappuccino base.

The strawberry is less prominent in this strawberry Frappuccino, but if you want to boost it, you can ask for extra strawberry puree sauce over the whipped cream topping - I do this all the time, it's just so good!

There are over 400 calories and 50 grams of sugar in this secret recipe - mostly from the sugar, milk, and whipped cream-  so it's better to think of it as a dessert rather than a drink.

How To Order Strawberry Shortcake Frappuccino
  • Ask for a regular Frappuccino but replace the classic syrup with 2 pumps of mocha syrup, 1 pump of toffee nut syrup, and add vanilla bean powder on top. Sweet whipped cream is then added on top to complete the strawberry shortcake Frappuccino.

4. Strawberry Pomegranate Frappuccino

Starbucks Strawberry Pomegranate Frappuccino

When I first saw the strawberry pomegranate Frappuccino, I was instantly intrigued. I hadn't tried strawberry and pomegranate together and was eager to give this fruity combo a try.

I love how the tartness of the pomegranate cuts through the sweetness of the strawberry and creaminess of the coconut milk - and I am not usually a coconut fan!

These pomegranate Starbucks strawberry drinks are a variation on the strawberry crème Frappuccino but with pomegranate pearls added in, which makes it look a bit like bubble tea - so cute!

It also uses coconut milk, making it slightly less calorific, but it still has 250 calories and 35 grams of sugar per serving.

However, it's got no caffeine and no dairy, so it's a good alternative for those on specific diets.

5. Santa Claus Frappuccino

Starbucks Santa Claus Frappuccino From Starbucks

The Santa Claus Frappuccino is a secret recipe drink that gives me a real Christmassy feel.

It uses a layer of strawberry puree in the vanilla bean Frappuccino base to give it a red coloring and a strawberry flavor throughout.

Vanilla and strawberry are a classic combination that I can never resist. With the blended texture and sweet toppings, something about this dessert drink reminds me of the British dessert Eton Mess, which is such a treat!

This is a fun strawberry Frappuccino that’s great for kids because of the look and sweet taste. However, it does have over 400 calories and 40 grams of sugar per serving, so they could be bouncing off the walls afterwards!

Despite being a Christmas drink, you can order this strawberry Frappuccino year-round, but not every Starbucks will have sprinkles available.

How To Order Santa Claus Frappuccino
  • To order your Santa Claus Frappuccino, you need to ask for a vanilla bean powder Frappuccino with a layer of strawberry puree in the middle and red & green sprinkles over the whipped cream on the top.

6. Dirty Strawberry Frappuccino

Starbucks Dirty Strawberry Frappuccino

I can never resist the combination of coffee, chocolate, and strawberries - of course I had to try this very adult sounding drink.

I admit, I wasn't quite sure how coffee would pair with the strawberry puree, but it really works! The coffee helps prevent everything from getting too sweet (and me from falling asleep at my desk!)

It works year-round, and it has a unique flavor that's a lot less sweet than some other Starbucks strawberry drinks. I love ordering this secret menu item when I want something a little less sweet and more sophisticated than a standard Frappuccino.

It's got 420 calories, 51 grams of sugar, and 150mg of caffeine per serving, so it's definitely not a healthy option, but it's a good variation on your regular flavored coffee.

How To Order Dirty Strawberry Frappuccino
  • Ask for a strawberries and cream Frappuccino and then ask them to add vanilla bean powder, java chips, white mocha syrup, and an espresso shot.
Then ask for heaps of whipped cream on top. It’s something a bit different that’s popular with those who love coffee and strawberry.

7. Strawberry Frappuccino With Chocolate Chips

Starbucks Strawberry Frappuccino with Chocolate Chips

Chocolate and strawberries are a fave combo of mine, so I just had to try this chocolate covered strawberry Frappuccino iconic secret menu item.

This delicious and sweet Frappuccino is great year-round, but I love getting into the Valentine's Day spirit with one. I even got my partner into it, and he is not normally a sweet Frappuccino guy!

Sweet, chocolatey, creamy - what more could you ask for?

There are roughly 400 calories and 35 grams of sugar per serving from the milk, chocolate, and whipped cream, but very little caffeine, so it's suitable for kids.

How To Order Strawberry Frappuccino With Chocolate Chips
  • You'll need to ask for a strawberries and cream Frappuccino with java chips and mocha sauce on the top of the whipped cream.

8. Strawberry Express

Strawberry Express From Starbucks

If you're a strawberry puree lover like me, then you just have to get on the Strawberry Express!

I love ordering one when I need a big hit of caffeine but also want that sweet strawberry taste. It's creamy with enough coffee to cut through the sugar and avoid it being overly sweet.

Plus, the name is cute and it's fun and simple to order - talk about a win-win!

It's available year-round, but we think it's best suited for a warm summer or autumn evening. Each serving has 390 calories, 32 grams of sugar, and 185mg of caffeine.

How To Order Strawberry Express
  • To order a Starbucks strawberry express, ask for a strawberries and crème Frappuccino with added Frappuccino roast and extra strawberry puree syrup.

9. Pink Drink

The Starbucks Pink Drink

The Starbucks pink drink has taken the world by storm - and I have been caught in its delicious grasp!

It’s got a beautiful pink color which makes it really Instagrammable, and the smooth sweet taste reminds me of drinking a strawberry milkshake.

I admit that I had my doubts about how good it was before trying it - especially after seeing all the social media hype.

However, this is one of those rare times when a viral Starbucks drink is actually good!

It is available on the regular menu and has 140 calories and 24 grams of sugar per serving. Just remember that the pink drink does have some caffeine from the strawberry acai refresher base.

10. Pink Drink with Sweet Cream Cold Foam

Starbucks Pink Drink with Sweet Cream Cold Foam

The Pink Drink was just the start - this strawberry fiend has found a way to up the fruity ante!

This Pink Drink variation is still made with a strawberry acai refresher base mixed with coconut milk - but it also has strawberry sweet cream cold foam on top.

Getting strawberry cold foam brings an even more intense strawberry flavor, and the color is striking - I just can't get enough of this take on strawberry milk!

It will cost you about $1 extra for the strawberry cold foam version, and there's an extra 75 calories and 5 grams of sugar, making it 210 calories and 29 grams of sugar.

It's a favorite with young drinkers who love to take a picture before they tuck in, but there is a little bit of caffeine from the strawberry acai refresher base.

How To Order Pink Drink with Sweet Cream Cold Foam
  • To order this pink sweet cream cold foam drink, ask for a strawberry acai pink drink with strawberry cold foam blended with strawberry puree.
They should know the pink drink and what you're asking for, and it won't take them long to make.

11. Chocolate Covered Strawberry (Pink Drink)

Starbucks Chocolate Covered Strawberry (Pink Drink)

Once again, chocolate and strawberry are here to save my rainy weekdays.

This take on the Pink Drink tops off this cute classic with a chocolate mocha and vanilla sweet cream cold foam that I adore.

The chocolate and vanilla really elevate the strawberry taste and bring a certain richness and indulgence that I can't get enough of.

There are roughly 270 calories and 35 grams of sugar per serving of this pink drink option.

How To Order Chocolate Covered Strawberry (Pink Drink)
  • Ask for a pink drink with vanilla bean powder flavored sweet cream cold foam that's blended with 2 pumps of mocha sauce. You can add extra Frappuccino chips on top if you want even more chocolatey goodness.

12. Strawberry Acai Refresher

Strawberry Acai Refresher From Starbucks

When it's hot out and I don't feel like sipping on an iced coffee or tea, I treat myself to a refreshing strawberry acai refresher.

This light and tasty drink is absolutely delicious every time. Plus, the real strawberry pieces bring a nice change of texture and remind me of a boba order I used to get all the time.

The strawberry acai refresher is also a good alternative for coffee, as the base is made with green coffee extract and provides 45mg of caffeine, so you’ll still get a little boost.

Unfortunately, you can't really customize a strawberry acai refresher, and the strawberry acai juice is premade in most stores, but it's only 90 calories per serving with 20 grams of sugar.

13. Strawberry Mango Refresher

Starbucks Strawberry Mango Refresher Next to Other Refreshers

Mango is my absolute favorite fruit, so of course I'm obsessed with this take on the strawberry refresher.

In my humble opinion, it's one of the best Starbucks mango drinks you can get!

Combining mango and strawberry may not be something you've done before, but trust me, it's amazing! It's become my go-to summer beverage thanks to its light and refreshing taste.

How To Order Strawberry Mango Refresher
  • This isn't on the regular Starbucks menu, so you'll need to ask for half strawberry acai refresher and half water.
Add 3-5 pumps of mango syrup and shake it all up over ice. There are 100 calories and 36 grams of sugar per serving.

14. Strawberry Sunset Refresher

Starbucks Strawberry Sunset Refresher

Why should I stay up late and freeze my butt off to watch the sunset when I can get a tasty cup of it at Starbucks?

This beautiful drink is called the Sunset Refresher because it looks exactly like a sunset. I love how the gradient slowly changes and love holding this up to the sunlight - so pretty!

It mixes strawberry, mango, and peach in a way that makes me think of summer, and it tastes really fresh and fruity.

It uses the Starbucks ‘fizz technique’ to carbonate the drink and gives your strawberry juice flavor a bit of zing.[1]

When I want an even more prominent strawberry taste, I ask for extra strawberry puree syrup to be added. Each serving has 120 calories and 38 grams of sugar.

How To Order Strawberry Sunset Refresher
  • The strawberry sunset refresher isn't on the regular menu, so you'll need to ask for 2/3 a strawberry acai refresher and 1/3 water. Add mango and peach syrup, and then ask them to fizz it up over ice.

15. Strawberry Acai Refresher Lemonade

Starbucks Strawberry Acai Refresher Lemonade

Strawberry acai continues to be the absolute best thing for strawberry lovers - I can't get enough of this lemonade version!

The strawberry flavor blends wonderfully with the acai and lemonade, and there's still 45mg of caffeine, so I still get a slight energy boost.

The strawberry base and lemonade adds a slight tartness to the drink, and the freeze fried strawberry adds even more sweet goodness and texture. Honestly, the freeze-dried strawberries are my fave part!

There are 32 grams of sugar and 140 calories in a serving, so it's a lighter option than most Starbucks strawberry drinks.

This is absolutely a regular feature of my summer drink rotation!

16. Blended Strawberry Lemonade

Starbucks Blended Strawberry Lemonade

As the summer sun beats down, there's only one thing that can cool me down - The blended strawberry lemonade is a caffeine-free Starbucks drink that is unbelievably refreshing.[2]

It's made by blending ice, lemonade, crème Frappuccino syrup, and strawberry puree syrup to give you a pink lemonade.

There are 190 calories per serving which makes it a lot less calorific than some other strawberry drink choices, but there's still 45 grams of sugar per serving.

These strawberry drinks are slightly tarter than a regular Starbucks lemonade, but the strawberry puree compliments the sharp lemon nicely.

It honestly reminds me of two sorbets mixed together which I absolutely love!

17. Strawberry Golden Monkey Black Tea Lemonade

Starbucks Strawberry Golden Monkey Black Tea Lemonade

Sometimes I need a break from all the sugary sweetness - that's when I order a Strawberry Golden Monkey Black Tea Lemonade.

This is one of the lightest Starbucks strawberry drinks, mixing tea, lemonade, and strawberry flavors.

The Golden Monkey black tea helps to balance out some of the sweetness and gives a more refined flavor - very good afternoon tea vibes.

It's also one of the healthiest options, with only 50 calories and 11 grams of sugar per serving.

I order this regularly, but have found that the tea often runs out. If there's only a regular black tea lemonade, I just ask them to add a few pumps of strawberry syrup to get the right flavor.

18. Strawberry Lemon Blended

Strawberry Lemon Blended From Starbucks

A tart yet sweet Starbucks strawberry slushie? Count me in!

Real strawberry pieces, strawberry puree, ice, strawberry syrup, and lemonade are all blended together until you get a nice and thick frozen texture.

This drink takes me right back to having slushies on the beach with friends - and is just as tasty and refreshing!

The blended strawberry lemonade the perfect choice for a really hot day, and it has no caffeine, so it's a good Starbucks drink for kids.

Despite the thicker texture, one of these Starbucks strawberry drinks is still only 190 calories and 20 grams of sugar per serving.

Starbucks doesn't offer this blended strawberry lemonade year round, and it's usually part of their summer menu - make sure to enjoy it while you can!

19. Strawberry Lemonade Tea

Starbucks Strawberry Lemonade Tea

I'm a sucker for a flavored sweet iced tea. The second it gets warmer out, you know I'm sipping on a Strawberry Lemonade Tea.

It's made by combining black tea, strawberry puree syrup, lemonade, and sweetened cane sugar.

Even with the cane sugar, this is less sweet than the other strawberry drinks, and it combines the flavors of tea and lemonade to give you the best of both worlds.

This secret menu item is a staple of my summer Starbucks drink rotation. It makes me want to curl up on the porch and watch the sunset.

There are only 110 calories and 16 grams of sugar per serving.

How To Order Strawberry Lemonade Tea
  • Ask for a regular strawberry lemonade made with half black iced tea.

20. Iced Matcha Latte With Strawberry Sweet Cream

Starbucks Iced Matcha Latte with Strawberry Sweet Cream

Matcha and strawberry are a classic combo featured in many traditional Japanese sweets I tried on a family trip to Japan - this drink helps give me that fix while I'm back home!

The iced matcha latte with strawberry sweet cream is one of the most popular Starbucks strawberry drinks that gives you layers of green and pink throughout. These layers are so cute and help ensure you get balanced flavors.

The strawberry flavor is concentrated on the top of this stawberry drink, so you can really taste it.

Each serving has 180 calories, 30 grams of sugar, and 45mg of caffeine.

How To Order Iced Matcha Latte With Strawberry Sweet Cream
  • You'll need to ask for an iced matcha latte with vanilla bean powder sweet cream cold foam with strawberry puree syrup blended in.
You can also ask for the strawberry cold foam on the bottom of the strawberry drinks instead if you want the drink to be mostly pink with a green top.

21. Strawberry Choux Cream

Strawberry Choux Cream

When I was travelling around Asia, I tried this Starbucks Strawberry Choux Cream dessert drink and instantly became hooked!

It's a mix of strawberry pieces, whipped cream, syrup, vanilla cream made with vanilla bean powder, milk, and a custard-flavored Frappuccino base.

It tastes just like a choux cream pastry with an intense hint of strawberry that reminds you of the jam filling. Talk about a sweet treat that you don't have to head early to a bakery for!

It's over 500 calories and 65 grams of sugar per serving (mostly from the sugar and whipped cream), so even though it tastes quite light, it isn't a light option.

This strawberry drink is very popular in Asia, but you might not be able to get it in the US.

22. The Red Starburst

Starbucks Red Starburst Drink

Red Starbursts were my absolute fave as a kid! Now, I'm so happy that I can still get that fix but in secret menu lemonade form. Such nostalgic vibes!

It looks and tastes just like a red starburst sweet and is popular with kids - my nieces and nephews love it!

It combines lemonade, strawberry, and raspberry flavors to give you a very fruity, refreshing beverage that's perfect in the hot weather.

It's got 160 calories and 40 grams of sugar per serving, but no caffeine, so it's perfect for those on a detox.

How To Order The Red Starburst
  • Ask for a lemonade blended with strawberry puree syrup, vanilla bean powder, and raspberry syrup.

23. Chocolate Covered Strawberry (Cold Brew Version)

Chocolate Covered Strawberry (Cold Brew Version)

Cold brew has swept the world - and I'm caught in its wave!

This strawberry version helps offset the strong coffee flavor with a bit of sweetness, but this is still very much a strawberry coffee, not a strawberry drink in its own right.

I love that it's not the sugary sweet tooth killer that some entries on this list are - it's just a strong coffee with a light strawberry cream and chocolate chip twist.

It’s very popular with strong coffee drinkers like me who just fancy mixing it up a bit.

It has 100 calories and 20 grams of sugar per serving, so it is a bit healthier than some other Starbucks strawberry drinks; however it does still have 200mg of caffeine, so it's definitely not one for kids.

How To Order Chocolate Covered Strawberry (Cold Brew Version)
  • To order a chocolate-covered strawberry, you'll need to ask for a cold brew with mocha, topped with strawberry sweet cream foam and mocha chips.

Tips When Ordering A Starbucks Strawberry Drink

There are normally 5-10 Starbucks strawberry drinks on a typical Starbucks menu, but you can also customize your regular beverage if you love the strawberry taste.

Starbucks doesn't use actual strawberry juice, but you can do this in four different ways:

  • Using a strawberry acai refresher base.
  • Adding strawberry puree sauce.
  • Topping with strawberry foam.
  • Requesting strawberry pieces in your drink - usually on top of a layer of whipped cream.

Strawberry puree is the sweetest option for strawberry drinks, and when you mix the strawberry puree with whipped cream and milk it tastes amazing.

All of these additions to your strawberry drinks will cost extra depending on your location, so it's worth asking first before you order them. Strawberry puree and the strawberry acai refresher base are usually available year round and will cost about $1 per addition.

Quite a lot of the Starbucks strawberry drinks have caffeine in them because the strawberry acai refresher base is made with green coffee extract.

If you are ordering strawberry drinks for children, you’ll have to stick to the caffeine-free strawberry options like the Red Starburst or Strawberry Choux Cream.

Also, not every store will have all the ingredients to make the secret strawberry Starbucks drink you want, so it's worth having an alternative in mind when you go to order.
