On days when normal coffee can't resurrect me from my slumber, I turn to my personal savior - Nitro Cold Brews.

One of the best cold pumpkin drinks at Starbucks is the Nitro Cold Brew, infused with nitrous gas and served on draft.

This results in a smooth, creamy cold coffee packed full of caffeine, perfect for those mornings when I'm struggling to start the day.

The Starbucks Nitro Cold Brew with Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam is the most caffeinated drink on the Starbucks menu, and it packs a punch.

So, when I'm in need of a pumpkin-flavored caffeine kick, then this is the drink for me.

  • Chai Tea
  • Milk
  • vanilla syrup
  • pumpkin cream cold foam

Vanilla chai is one of my favorite tea drinks out there - when I realised I could add oat pumpkin cream Cold Foam, I was absolutely over the moon.

As a noted tea lover, this hits the spot every time. Also, due to its low caffeine level, I can enjoy it at any time of the day, unlike coffee.

I just love the way the vanilla complements the spices in both the chai and the toppings. Plus the creaminess of the milk really mellows everything out into a subtly sweet comfort drink.

I also like to add extra pumpkin spice sauce or pumpkin spice syrup to enhance the flavor when I really want to get into the fall spirit.

Likewise, I sometimes cut back on the number of syrup pumps or size of the drink when I'm watching my diet.

Tips For Ordering Your Iced Vanilla Chai With Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam
  • Ask for a Chai Tea Latte with vanilla syrup, pumpkin cream cold foam, and pumpkin spice topping
  • Try subbing in oat milk in both the drink itself and the cold foam for a dairy-free alternative

The pumpkin spice Frappuccino is all about creamy, frothy milk, whipped cream and pumpkin spice flavors served ice cold minus the coffee.

Sipping this while on a fall walk with friends really had me feeling the warm and fuzzies - despite the cold ice on my tongue.

Add some whipped cream and a sprinkling of pumpkin pie spice topping to finish it off with fall flair.

Grande size has 350 calories, 48g of sugar, and no caffeine.

Another drink for tea-lovers like me, this can be considered one of the healthier Starbucks low-calorie pumpkin spice drinks.

This was on the secret menu but is now a welcome classic from Starbucks every fall. If you’re a fan of the Pumpkin Spiced Latte, then you should enjoy this too.

It’s similar to the PSL but is much lighter and aromatic thanks to the spiced black tea.

There are days when I honestly prefer the lightness of the Pumpkin Chai Latte to the PSL (I know, absolute heresy!).

The Pumpkin Chai Latte is perfect on a cold autumn morning or afternoon, especially when I'm looking for a change from the caffeine kick of the PSL.

Tips For Customizing Your Pumpkin Chai Latte
  • Watching your diet? Try subbing in sugar-free vanilla syrup and removing the whipped cream
  • The regular menu version is missing a key ingredient: the pumpkin sauce - ask for it to perfect the TikTok secret menu version

Sweet, apple-y, lightly pumpkin spiced - what's not to love?

This nostalgic secret menu drink is available at Starbuck only during the fall season, so I really try to make the most of it while it's here. I sometimes even ask for it hot when it's particularly chilly - such a delicious drink either way.

Sometimes, I just can't decide between a Pumpkin Spice Latte and a Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso. Luckily, this Pumpkin Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso is a mix of these staples of my drink rotation.

The brown sugar gives it an almost caramel-like flavor, too, adding some sweetness but without making it too overpowering.

Plus, it's creamy and packed full of pumpkin flavor from the pumpkin spice sauce and pumpkin spice topping, but also packed full of caffeine.

This shaken espresso feels like drinking fall in a glass. For me, this is one of the best brown sugar flavored drinks at Starbucks.
