Delivery Timeframe: All orders are processed and shipped within 3-8 business days. 

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of the order and the shipping destination. The cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

Returns Policy

No Refund Policy: At Barista HQ, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any of our products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of receipt with detailed photos of the issue. We will strive to resolve the issue through a replacement or an alternative solution.

Cancellations: Order cancellations are only accepted before the order is shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
