If the Dutch Bros Rebel lineup already feels overwhelming, the secret menu adds even more to sort through.

These are the Rebel orders I keep coming back to when I want something icy, sweet, and a little different from a plain energy drink.

The Double Rainbro Rebel is now an official Dutch Bros menu item !

Easily the most popular Rebel, the Double Rainbro is a tangy and tropical combo of peach, strawberry, and coconut syrups.

Peach and strawberry are already a good match, but the coconut is what makes this one stand out. It adds a buttery, slightly nutty note that changes the whole drink and keeps it from tasting like standard fruit syrup.

I like ordering it with a soft top because that extra creaminess plays nicely with the coconut and makes the drink feel a little fuller.

It stays bright, but the coconut keeps it from tasting thin.

Double Rainbro Rebel standard ingredients
  • Dutch Bros Rebel™ Energy Drink
  • Strawberry syrup
  • Peach syrup
  • Coconut syrup

Ray of Sunshine Rebel

The Ray of Sunshine is the kind of Rebel I reach for when I want something bright that doesn’t finish with that sharp sour-carbonation edge. The finish stays cleaner than I expected.

I wouldn’t have thought to combine blackberry and peach with grapefruit, but the acidy-sourness and sweetness fit together seamlessly.

This is one Rebel I have to pace myself with, because it goes down fast.

A pump or two of pomegranate syrup deepens the flavor without making it heavy.

Like the Double Rainbro, the Ray of Sunshine is now an official Dutch Bros menu item.

The Cherry Blossom

This is one of the more unusual Rebel combinations I’ve tried. The first sip always feels a little unexpected.

Cherry flavoring isn’t available at every location, but it’s worth asking about if you like a sharper, more playful fruit note.

It’s made with white chocolate sauce and cherry syrup, and I’ve enjoyed it both iced and blended.

Unicorn Blood Blended Rebel

A drink called Unicorn Blood has to do something memorable, and this strawberry, white chocolate, and almond combination does.

I never thought an energy drink could taste this good, and Dutch Bros really hit the nail on the head with this sweet-tart masterpiece.

The closest comparison I can make is a pink Starburst with a little ice cream mixed in.

I’ve had it both blended and iced, and it works either way.

Laser Cat Rebel

Laser Cat is one of those Rebels I grab when I want something straightforward rather than something I’ll sip slowly. It hits fast and stays simple.

The blend of raspberry and coconut syrups is delicious yet just quirky enough to earn this name.

This blended Rebel reminds me of a Slurpee, only with a cleaner fruit flavor.

I like it just as much over ice, where the flavors stay a little sharper.

OG Gummy Bear Rebel

I’m not usually a gummy bear person, but the OG Gummy Bear Rebel still won me over. It’s an official Dutch Bros menu item.

It tastes like a liquified gummy bear, which is exactly why I keep it in mind for days when I want something fun and easy to drink.

This drink starts with a blue Rebel base, then adds passionfruit, pomegranate, watermelon, and grapefruit syrups.

While it’s available in both blended and iced drinks, I think the iced Gummy Bear Rebel tastes like a watermelon Italian soda (especially with a soft top) and I love it!

The color always makes me think of Jaws, but the drink itself is a lot easier to sip.

The blue raspberry, coconut, and lime mix gives it a sweet-tart finish that stands out quickly.

A pomegranate float is not only there for an extra jolt of tangy flavor, it also serves as the bright red spot that inspires the name. Although this drink was first introduced during an annual shark week, it is now here to stay.

  • Dutch Bros Rebel™ Energy Drink
  • Blue raspberry syrup
  • Coconut syrup
  • Lime syrup
  • Pomegranate syrup

Kings of Leon

Kings of Leon is probably the oddest named tangy Rebel on this list.
It uses a Rebel energy drink blended with orange, lime, and kiwi syrups, which gives it a bright, icy finish.

I’ve customized it a few different ways, and the citrus base makes it easy to adjust the sweetness without flattening the drink. Even small changes still leave the lime and kiwi doing most of the work.

One thing I’d avoid is adding cream or a soft top, since it clashes with the citrus.
