How long does delivery take?

In general, most orders are shipped within 3-8 business days after the order is submitted. 

Can I track my order? 

Once the order is shipped, the tracking number will be forwarded to you automatically.

What is your policy on damaged or missing items?

In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of receipt with detailed photos of the issue. We will strive to resolve the issue through a replacement or an alternative solution.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

No, we don’t offer expedited shipping at the moment.

What is your return policy for online orders?

We do not offer refunds on any of our products.

How are mugs packaged?

Mugs will be packaged in durable polystyrene boxes or recyclable cardboard boxes with additional inserts for padding.
